Successful Business Merger of NLB Lease&Go and Summit Leasing Supported by NOVA Solution

We are proud to announce that, as a trusted provider of specialized IT solutions for the leasing industry, we successfully supported the merger of NLB Lease&Go and Summit Leasing Slovenia.

Our team played a key role in the technical integration of the NOVA information systems and, with our deep expertise and extensive experience, made a significant contribution to the analysis of all other merger-related areas. This enabled one of the largest integration projects within the NLB Group to be completed efficiently, securely, and on time.

The merged company now holds a 35% market share in Slovenia and serves over 100.000 clients. All key functionalities were successfully established within the new, unified system - without any business interruptions and in full compliance with all security and regulatory requirements.

Our role in the project included:

• Designing the architecture of a unified system tailored to new business objectives

• Migrating data and processes from both environments into the shared NOVA solution

• Integrating with other business systems and back-end services

• Go-live with on-site presence and user support

• Ongoing support and post-integration optimization
